Who we are
LANChamp.to ("LANChamp", "we") operates lanchamp-to.vercel.app. We provide tournament administration and on-site Counter-Strike 2 LAN server infrastructure for live esports events.
Information you send us
When you submit the event quote form we collect the details you enter: name, email, organization, event information, requested services, and your message. Optional fields (phone, venue, budget range, and similar) are collected only if you fill them in. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, and browser user agent to help prevent abuse.
We use this information solely to respond to your request and scope your event. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Spam protection
The quote form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile processes limited technical data about your browser to make that determination. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Email delivery
Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. Your message is processed only to deliver it to us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views and anonymized interaction events such as button clicks). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. If you arrive via a campaign link, UTM parameters may be stored with your quote request so we know how you found us.
Cookies
The site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used for security features such as spam protection.
Retention
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to respond and, if an event proceeds, to deliver the service and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
